WORKING AT ZYROBIT

Good work.Someone else's name.

We build under other agencies' brands, which means the work is real and the credit isn't public. If that trade sounds fine to you, the rest of this page is worth reading.

WHAT IT'S ACTUALLY LIKE

Four things, including one you won't like.

We'd rather you find out now than three months in.

01

You ship in week one

We're small enough that there's no onboarding queue. You get a real task on day one and something in front of a partner inside your first week.

02

Nobody sits between you and the work

No account manager relaying feedback, no brief passed through three people. You talk to whoever briefed the project and you own your part of it.

03

Your work ships under someone else's name

This is the honest trade. Everything we build is white-label, so you can't put most of it in a public portfolio. Internally you're credited on every project — publicly, you're invisible.

04

You'll work outside your lane

A six-person bench means the designer sometimes writes copy and the back-end engineer sometimes argues about spacing. If you want a narrow role, we're the wrong size.

OPEN ROLES

5 seats on the bench.

Every one of these is a real opening with a start date. We don't post roles to collect CVs.

  • Take partner briefs from a rough Figma file or a Loom to dev-ready screens, working directly with the engineer who'll build them.

    What you'd do

    • Turn agency briefs into wireframes, then high-fidelity screens, usually inside two weeks
    • Draw every state — empty, loading, error, overflow — not just the happy path
    • Define type, spacing and colour tokens before the detailed screens get made
    • Hand off to engineering and stay reachable while it's being built

    What we're looking for

    • A portfolio with at least two shipped products, not just concept work
    • Fluent in Figma, including components, variants and auto-layout
    • Comfortable designing against an existing brand rather than inventing one each time
    • Can explain a decision without using the word 'clean'

None of these you?

Send your work anyway. We read every speculative application and reply to the ones we'd want on the bench when a seat opens.

HOW HIRING WORKS

Four steps, two weeks, no ghosting.

We've all been through hiring processes that waste a month and end in silence. This one doesn't.

  1. 01

    Send us your work

A portfolio, a repo, or a short note about something you built. No cover letter — we won't read it.

  2. 02

    A 30-minute call

We walk through one thing you've shipped. What you decided, what you'd change, what went wrong.

  3. 03

    A paid exercise

A small, real task scoped to roughly four hours. We pay for your time whether or not we make an offer.

  4. 04

    Decision in a week

You hear back either way with actual reasons. No silence, no indefinite 'keeping you in mind'.
